There is a post office on the 2nd floor of Kansai International Airport

Information Update Japan Post discontinued the Izumisano Post Office Kansai Airport Branch, located at Kansai International Airport, as of March 20, 2021. As the only post office at Kansai International Airport, Izumisano Post Office opened as a post office in the Kansai Airport Terminal Building in 1994, when the airport opened. In 2012, it was renamed Izumisano Post Office Kansai Airport Branch. It changed its business operations and closed its savings, money exchange, and life insurance services. On March 19, 2021, the branch was closed after its final operation as Kansai Airport Branch. Therefore, no post office is currently operating at Kansai Airport.

Access to Rinku Premium Outlet from Kansai Airport by bus

  There is a large outlet mall next to Kansai Airport It is an outlet located in one station "Rinku town station"by train from Kansai Airport. It is convenient because it can access both Nankai and JR and can walk from the station. Both JR and Nankai,the ticket fee is one adult and one way 370 yen. it takes about 5 minutes between Kansai airport station to Rinku town station. Access by bus is also possible.There is the bus a pproximately 20 minutes from the Kansai International Airport Terminal Building 1 to Rinku Premiun Outlet.The bus stop is 12 and operatated by the sky shuttle bus.I t costs one adult 200 yen /one child 100 yen for one way when going by bus. It is cheaper than train. Traveling by bus is easier than train if you have lots of luggage. Because it is not a reservation system, it may not be possible to get on when it is full. There is also a bus that goes from Rinku Premium Outlet to Kansai Airport, so you can shop before returning home.
