JR 's Kansai Airport Express "Haruka"
The limited express "Haruka" is an express train of JR West connecting the Maibara / Kyoto / Osaka / Kansai Airport. In the means of access to Kansai Airport, it exists in parallel with the limited express "RAPITO" of Nankai Electric Railway.JR ticket vending machine |
It began operating as one of the access trains to Kansai International Airport which opened on September 4, 1994.
Basically, it operates between Kyoto and Kansai Airport, and 60 (30 round trips) a day are operated every 30 minutes at roughly 30 minutes interval.
The time required between Kyoto and Kansai Airport is 80 minutes during the day.
Please note the train does not stop at Osaka station.
There is also a ticket office before JR's ticket gate. Tickets for Shinkansen can also be purchased. |

The express train at Nankai Electric Railway is "Rapito"
"Rapito" is also popular in that it is possible to go directly to "Minami" which is popular among foreign tourists with low price.
The train is connecting the Namba and Kansai airports in about 37 minutes.

The limited express rate of "Rapito" is 510 yen for adults and 260 yen for children. In addition nomal ticket is also necessary, so if you move between Namba and Kansai airports by "Rapito", it total costs will be 1,430 yen (720 yen for children) by adding a nomal ticket adult 920 yen (460 yen for children).It is smooth if you go to the departure floor after checking whether the airline counter you use is located in the north or the south.
